In our bakery, we use several generations old sourdough. Daily, we bake different types of sourdough bread, rolls, sourdough croissants, cinnamon and cardamom buns in our oven. You can enjoy products from our bakery in Bistro and Juice shop.
Chocolate, caramel or matcha?
In addition to traditional sourdough bread and pastry, our bakers prepare craft cakes everyday. Currently, you can try our chocolate-caramel cake, vegan flake cake and nut or matcha cookies.
